DEMO — SYNTHETIC DATAFinite sequence · reviewed states
Primary owner

Tax reviewer with jurisdiction context

Inputs

State, form/version, transaction context, certificate fields and dated guidance.

Proposed output

A sourced checklist with complete, missing, unknown and not-applicable states.

The job it owns

Jurisdiction-specific certificate completeness checklist.

Each offer is an independent managed-workflow hypothesis. The initial scope is historical evidence for one US state.

01

Dated guidance

Source update, access and review dates remain separate.

02

Honest unknowns

Unavailable evidence receives an unknown state, not a passing check.

03

Form-specific fields

A Florida annual resale example is separate from a New York blanket certificate.

The work, step by step

From source to
reviewable output.

01

Choose the context

Select the state, form/version and evidence method.

02

Read the source

Record the official reference, dates and interpretation basis.

03

Review each field

Explain any missing or unknown field without importing another state’s rule.

Synthetic product evidence

One record.
A visible review.

Signature and expiry requirements depend on the jurisdiction and form. No universal rule is inferred from the interface. Counsel or tax-owner interpretation may be needed.

How value is tested

Measure what your
current workflow misses.

Which checks are already supplied by the buyer’s current rule configuration?

Baseline

Existing coverage

Capture current-suite alerts, configured modules and the reviewer’s usual process for the same sample.

Reviewed outcome

Incremental findings

Count tax-lead-confirmed, previously unidentified, remediable gaps. Record false positives, omissions and review effort.

Commitment

A purchase decision

Proceed only with tax-owner sign-off and a signed, funded audit-prep pilot. Stop when the incumbent already closes the job at lower cost.

Workflow questions

Know the boundary.

Do all certificates expire annually?

No. Do not assign a universal expiry to New York blanket certificates. The separate Florida annual resale example demonstrates a different rule.

Does a complete checklist establish legal validity?

No. Completeness is one review input. The transaction facts, form and interpretation still need tax-owner review.

Can this workflow change returns or source systems?

No. The starting scope is permissioned historical evidence and human review. The preview does not execute outbound actions or system writes.
